With the release of 'For Those About To Rock' in 1981, AC/DC achieved mass audience acceptance. The phenomenal success of the previous album 'Back In Black' was only reaching that audience now. They had three albums in the top ten in the USA and 'For Those About To Rock' stood at number one in the charts. All the hard work was paying off at last. THIS was the tour they had dreamed about. Playing multiple dates in the biggest arenas in the USA from late '81 until mid '82, and then doing a short lap of honour round Europe, these shows were a spectacular success and the band was on top form. As with their previous tours, they kept photographers access to a minimum and I was again privileged to have unique access to all areas. You will not have seen many of these photographs before. This hard back book is 30x25cm and contains exclusively my photographs on and off stage of the band and memorabilia from the tour in over 500 images spread over 192 pages. It is printed on high quality 170gsm art paper and bound to the highest standards.
